Continuous quality improvement is an important way to improve care for patients and ensure high quality care. HRSA-funded health centers are expected to have ongoing quality improvement/assessment programs that include clinical services and quality management. CPCA is committed to supporting members in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality improvement programs and plans.
CPCA Training Opportunities
Designed to disseminate best practices and share innovative projects that directly support quality improvement and practice transformation efforts. This event will feature educational sessions on compliance, quality improvement, and health information technology. General keynote speakers will address important topics such as patient engagement, quality assurance/improvement, data collection and analytics, and the strategic use of technology to support the overall practice of effectiveness.
Offers health centers a collection of recorded trainings on a variety of topics relevant to quality improvement. These webinars can be viewed by an unlimited number of staff people at a convenient time for all attendees.
A training and technical assistance program that supports practice transformation across health center operations. Through intensive coaching and access to recorded and live content, this program offers clinics a wide variety of training opportunities to meet their exact needs. The purpose of the initiative is to create an integrated strategy to support community clinics and health centers to achieve patient centered health home, improve health outcomes, and position CHCs for ongoing participation in primary care delivery under health reform.
Comprised of quality representatives from community health centers and regional consortiums. Their purpose is to map out and guide a statewide quality improvement vision and provide the infrastructure that is needed for a statewide quality framework.
