2025 Uniform Data Systems (UDS) Training OnDemand

2025 Uniform Data Systems (UDS) Training OnDemand

OnDEMAND: 2025 Uniform Data Systems (UDS) Annual State-Based Training

This live event occurred across 2 days of training on December 1 & 3, 2025

The Uniform Data System (UDS) is a standardized reporting system that requires health centers to provide annual information about their performance and operations. The UDS
is used to assess the impact of the Health Center Program and to promote quality improvement through data-driven methods.

The annual training was conducted virtually in a 2-part webinar series as outlined below. We encouraged all participants to attend both sessions as they are designed to be comprehensive in describing the UDS tables and forms, and how they relate to each other.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Understand the who, what, when, where, and how of UDS reporting.
Discuss common reporting errors and tips for success.
Review key resources and supports available.

THIS SESSION WILL
Provide an understanding of reporting the UDS including: the patient profile, reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators, operational and financial tables, and other required UDS reporting forms.
Inform participants about the new requirements included in 2025 reporting.
Provide tips for success including strategies for submission.
Deliver valuable resources that provide further reporting guidance.
