Maintaining your Salary Structure: Best Practices to Assure Pay Equity, Competitiveness and Compliance
DATE: May 27, 2026
TIME: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM (PT)
As labor markets continue to shift and California's minimum wage requirements rise under SB 525, health centers may find themselves facing two pressing compensation challenges: benchmark data that is outdated before it can be put to use, and wage compression that quietly erodes the pay structure from the bottom up
Join us for a 60-minute session where our guest speakers will provide actionable guidance on how to age benchmark compensation data to reflect current market conditions, how to identify and address wage compression in health centers impacted by SB 525, and key considerations for building compensation program frameworks that result in long-term pay equity.
