COMMITTEES

CPCA has a number of Committees, as outlined by the organization's Bylaws, which report to the CPCA and/or Ventures Board of Directors. As of 2024, Committees are comprised of Board members with the exception of Legislative & Regulatory whose primary and alternate members are appointed by each organization's Voting Delegate(s), and the Advocacy Committee which reports to the CPCA Advocates Board, and is open for interested members to join.

PEER NETWORKS

CPCA hosts and convenes a number of peer networks for health center staff from across various disciplines. These peer networks provide an opportunity to exchange valuable information, share best practice and templates, and provide feedback into state association activities, policies, and training programs.

Task Forces convene to address time-sensitive issues and report to the Legislative & Regulatory Committee.

MAKING UPDATES TO THE GROUPS YOU (MEMBERS) PARTICIPATE IN
Each Fall, the newly elected Board Chair reaches out to the staff of all CPCA member organizations to share updates on changes to CPCAs Governance structure, including sharing a Sign-up/Change form for members to update the groups they'd like to participate in during the next calendar year. Members are also welcome to make changes any time during the year.
