QualityImprovement+ is a 4-month, blended, online learning program that supports the unique training and staff development needs of CHCs to build the fundamental skills and infrastructure necessary to adapt and position themselves for current and future value-based care delivery and payment models. 

Community Health Solutions is providing a workshop prior to the 2023 Quality & Technology Conference to give others an opportunity to learn more about this program and alum from past cohorts will share their experiences.
