Planning for your community's future healthcare workforce needs and deciding which Health Professions Education & Training (HPET) initiative is ideal for your CHC can feel overwhelming. Likewise, determining whether your existing HPET initiatives are successful may feel like a guessing game. Engaging in a data-informed planning strategy can take the mystery out of decision-making and illuminate your CHCs needs and successes. In this session, we will explore the Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How of data analysis for HPET, providing concrete steps CHCs can take, regardless of where they are in developing HPET initiatives.

CPCA provides training and education to community health centers for general illustration and instructional purposes. Registration is required for all CPCA training and events.You will receive two email communications immediately upon registering. The first is simply a receipt. The second from customercare@gotowebinar.com and will contain webinar access information.  This email will only be delivered to the individual who is registered for the event and will contain a unique link for a single connection. We recommend you add this event to your calendar using the link contained in your webinar access email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting training@cpca.org.

Cancellation Policy: Effective 11/1/21 - No refunds will be available for cancellations that are received within 10 business days before the start date of the event/training. To receive a maximum refund of 50% of the registration price prior to this deadline, all cancellations must be in writing and submitted by emailing training@cpca.org. Substitutions of registrations in lieu of cancellation is encouraged.

*Last year, in recognition of the tremendous financial stress members were facing and to ensure that important and timely information could be accessed with no barriers, CPCA elected to waive training fees for the entire membership year (April 1,2020- March 31, 2021) and offer all training at no cost. As we continue to work in this pandemic environment to provide members the support they need, we must also plan for the future while supporting community health centers in improving the health status of their communities through advocacy, education, and services. Which is why the Board of Directors approved a budget in February that reflects a reinstatement of training fees effective for trainings taking place on or after April 1, 2021.
